SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Flat rate shipping at $19.99 CAD/USD per order. If you have multiple orders, you will only be charged a one time fee and all items will be shipped together.

 

Lash FX also offers free expedited shipping on orders over $100 CAD/USD (before applicable taxes & discounts).

**Expedited shipping is not available to P.O. boxes and some rural areas - they will be shipped via regular mail and a tracking number will not be provided.  For these shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages **

 

All orders placed before 4PM EST between Monday - Friday will be shipped out same day.  Any orders received after 4PM EST  will be shipped the following day, however we do observe all holidays.

Tracking Information will be provided once the order is fulfilled and with the carrier.  

 

Shipping labels will be printed exactly as showing on your order. If you do not include your complete address, your order may be delayed by the carrier. In order to avoid any delays, it is your responsibility to confirm complete and correct shipping information.

International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, these charges are extra.
