Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, we are unable to issue a refund.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for unopened packages, at your own expense.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@ilashfx.com with photos of your product and a description of the damage.  We will replace your item free of charge.
